Workshop content is delivered in two parts

Part 1 - Supervision and Compliance

1. Importance of Supervision Guidelines and Rules of Conduct. An overview of an employee and supervisor’s obligations under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 and Property and Stock Agents Regulation 2022.

2. Review of relevant changes to regulations and legislation. An update to changes to the regulations and legislations. Information essential for licensed agents to carry out their day to day tasks in a compliant manner.

Part 2 - Residential and Commercial Sales

Price disclosures, representation and underquoting - an overview of the agents’ responsibilities when selling residential property in NSW, including knowledge of underquoting laws.
