Why choose CPD Collective?

Founder Nerida has worked in the real estate sector for over 20 years plus, she has a passion for quality training and assesment, not only as a trainer/assessor but as a compliance specialist. Her qualifications are a Bachelor of Vocational Education and Training and Diploma of Property (Agency Management) with various qualifications in TESOL, Real Estate Practice, Lead Auditor. She is a licensed real estate and stock and station agent and is an accredited auctioneer.

After leaving full time employment as the Training Management of the Real Estate Institute to gain more work life balance, she is bringing her specialist knowledge of real estate training and compliance to her new venture CPD Collective. CPD Collective is approved by NSW Fair Trading to deliver compulsory CPD topics.

How is CPDC Different?

CPD Collective is intentionally different to other CPD providers. Nerida knows that everyone has a different learning style and she aims to provide training options to suit agency needs. No more one size fits all.

For some people online learning can be a challenge, especially as not everyone has access to reliable and fast internet connections, so video workshops are not the focus of CPD Collective.

We come to you!

Choose a day and time and Nerida or one of CPD Collectives trainers will come to your office to deliver CPD training. They can discuss ways to ensure that your team comply with the Continuing Professional Guidelines.

CPD Collective provides both compulsory and elective professional development. CPD Collective can develop courses to meet the needs of property managers, sales agents, licensees in charge and agency staff. The interactive and practical workshops are designed so that your team will have the opportunity to discuss and share information with the trainer and each other. Workshop content is contextualised to meet agency needs and cover at least 3 of the compulsory topics required and more.

Full units of competency are also available as well as skills and knowledge training for best practice.

We offer Consultancy Services.

CPD Collective also provides a consultancy service. We can conduct training needs analysis for the agency and individuals to develop individual training plans that align to agency goals. Assist the agency to develop policies and procedures that align with the supervision guidelines and agency best practice.
